Sections 02 to 06 cover orders from our shop. Section 11 covers the Mystery Jersey King app. The remaining sections apply to both.

By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

All mystery football shirts supplied by Mystery Jersey King are 100% genuine. We never supply replicas, fakes or imitations. Each shirt is sourced from verified suppliers and checked for quality before dispatch.

Due to the nature of our mystery boxes, we cannot guarantee which specific shirt, club or league you will receive. You can tell us at checkout which teams, leagues or colours to avoid and we will take note of your preferences.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay.

For subscription orders, payment will be taken on the same date each month until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard with no cancellation fees.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

• UK orders: typically 3 to 5 business days via Royal Mail with full tracking
• International orders: typically 4 to 15 working days depending on destination
• EU orders: shipped using IOSS so customs duty is paid at checkout

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Mystery Jersey King passes to you upon delivery.

We offer a 14-day returns and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return your item must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it
• Unworn and unused
• With original tags still attached
• Returned within 14 days of the date you received it

To initiate a return, email info@mysteryjerseyking.com with your order number before sending anything back. Do not return items without contacting us first.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

By subscribing to our monthly mystery football shirt subscription you agree to a recurring monthly payment on the same date each month. Your subscription will continue until you cancel.

• You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• There are no cancellation fees or minimum terms
• Cancellation takes effect from your next billing date
• We do not offer refunds for subscription boxes already dispatched

Subscription prices may change from time to time. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

Our mystery box subscription is separate from MJK Pro, the optional app subscription described in Section 11.

All content on this website and in our app, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Mystery Jersey King or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Content uploaded by app users belongs to them, as described in Section 11.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

Mystery Jersey King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order. Liability in connection with the app is covered in Section 11.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

This section applies when you use the Mystery Jersey King mobile app (the "App"). By creating an account you agree to it. Sections 07 to 09 above also apply to the App. Purchases you make in our shop through The Kit Room are covered by Sections 02 to 06.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 to use the App.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share them within the App, including featuring public content in areas such as The Floodlights, so that the App can work. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies held briefly in backups. Deleting your account also removes your conversations, including the messages in them, for both you and the other person. Only upload content you have the right to share, and only log shirts you own.

Community rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not:

• post anything abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexual, violent or illegal
• bully, impersonate or spam other users, or share other people's personal information
• post content that infringes someone else's rights
• try to cheat badges, XP or the League, for example with fake or duplicate shirts or shirts you do not own
• try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the App's security

You can report content and block users at any time. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. We may remove content, remove badges, XP or League places gained by breaking these rules, and suspend or close accounts.

MJK Pro

• MJK Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features, shown in the App before you buy.
• It is sold through Apple or Google and renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• Prices are shown in the App. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
• If your subscription ends, Pro features stop but you keep your collection, and content you added as a Pro member stays visible to you.
• MJK Pro is separate from our mystery box subscription and does not change it.

The MJK League and prizes

• The League ranks collectors by points earned in the App. Rankings may change as collections change.
• Where prizes are offered, they are awarded at the end of each quarter to eligible collectors, as described in the App. You need at least one public shirt to be eligible.
• We may check eligibility, and withhold or reclaim prizes won by cheating or by breaking these terms. Our decision is final.
• Prizes have no cash alternative and cannot be transferred. We may change or end prizes at any time.
• Badges, XP, levels and League positions have no monetary value.

The App itself

• We work hard to keep the App running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features.
• Club names, crests and kit designs that appear in users' photos belong to their owners. Mystery Jersey King is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league or kit manufacturer.
• You can delete your account at any time in the App (Account > Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
• Our total liability to you in connection with the App is limited to the amount you paid for MJK Pro in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, or limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Apple devices

If you use the App on an Apple device, these terms are between you and Mystery Jersey King Ltd, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

We may update this section and will tell you about important changes in the App.
