Born During Lockdown
Mystery Jersey King was founded in February 2021 by Jamie King and Alex Street. It started during lockdown when the two were placed on furlough and had time on their hands. As lifelong football fans they came up with a challenge to find the most random football shirts they could. There was something exciting about not knowing which shirt was coming next.
They put the idea to family and friends, and once people saw the shirts, they wanted in. Word spread fast. That challenge between two mates became the foundation of Mystery Jersey King.
From a furlough idea in 2021 to a BBC Dragons' Den backed brand with over 250,000 orders shipped worldwide. The mission has never changed: genuine shirts, genuine surprises, genuine fans.

Supporting Grassroots Football
Something we are incredibly proud of is our commitment to grassroots football. We know that many junior teams up and down the country wear hand-me-down kits that have seen better days. Our mission from the beginning has been to change that for as many teams as we can.
We donate free kits to grassroots football clubs across the UK. It started small but has grown into something we talk about as a team every week. Helping kids play in proper kit is one of the most meaningful things we do.
