Shipping & Returns

UK orders normally arrive within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your MJK box has been dispatched.

We ship all UK orders via Evri with full tracking included. Once your order has been processed by our team, your tracking link will show an estimated delivery date.

International orders normally arrive within 4 to 15 working days depending on your location. All international orders are fully tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.

For EU customers we use IOSS, meaning you pay any applicable customs duty via our website checkout so your parcel goes straight through customs to your door without delays.

For non-EU international orders, local customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer a 14-day returns and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused and with the original tags still attached.

To start a return, email us at info@mysteryjerseyking.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a returns address and instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first as we cannot accept returns sent to the wrong address.

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please email us at info@mysteryjerseyking.com immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
