Delete Your Account

1. Open the Mystery Jersey King app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile picture (top right) to open your profile.
3. Scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you will be signed out.

Email info@mysteryjerseyking.com from the email address you signed up with, using the subject "Delete my MJK app account". We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile, profile picture and bio
• Your shirts and all their photos, including private shirts, notes and prices
• Your badges, XP, level and League history
• Your likes, comments, friendships and blocks, and your conversations along with the messages in them (for both you and the other person)

• Copies in secure backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten
• Records of reports and moderation decisions where needed to keep the app safe, and anything we must keep by law

Deleting your account does not cancel an MJK Pro subscription. Please cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you are not charged again.

Deleting your app account does not affect your mystery box subscription or orders from our online shop. To manage those, contact us below.
