Delete Your Account

1. Open the Mystery Jersey King app and sign in.
2. Tap the menu button (three lines, top left).
3. Tap Settings, then tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you will be signed out.

On an older version of the app, tap your profile picture (top right), scroll down to the Account section and tap Delete account.

Email info@mysteryjerseyking.com from the email address you signed up with, using the subject "Delete my MJK app account". We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile, profile picture and bio
• Your shirts and all their photos, including private shirts, notes and prices
• Your badges, XP, level and League history
• Your likes, comments, friendships and blocks, and your conversations along with the messages in them (for both you and the other person)
• Your records of AI shirt identification requests

• Copies in secure backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten
• Records of reports and moderation decisions where needed to keep the app safe, and anything we must keep by law
• Photos you sent for AI shirt identification may be kept by our AI provider for a limited time under its own data retention policy, as explained in our Privacy Policy
• Images of your collection that you saved to your phone or shared elsewhere stay where you saved or posted them. We never receive a copy, so please remove them there if you want them gone

Deleting your account does not cancel an MJK Pro subscription. Please cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you are not charged again.

Deleting your app account does not affect your mystery box subscription or orders from our online shop. To manage those, contact us below.
