Yes. Our shirts are 100% genuine, we have a strong relationship with suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, we also conduct our own thorough screening process on all shirts which we received with any new connections, before issuing out to our customer base.
We have an extensive customer database in which we log each order received. Therefore when our team are allocating to a customer(s) we are able to review previous orders to ensure duplications are not sent out. However, if for any reason this does happen, please email info@mysteryjerseyking.com and we will take care of this for you.
Certainly, when placing an online order via our website we have provided you with a comments field in which you are able to note which team(s) / leagues you would prefer us to avoid when allocating your order. As a general rule of thumb if you are based within the UK, we will automatically choose a shirt for you that is not from the UK, unless you specifically request this.

Our choice of courier is Royal Mail, once the order has been processed by our team we will email you with the tracking number which will have an estimated delivery date noted.

You could receive a shirt from any professional team / league from around the world.
As we source our shirts come from all over the world, a UK small and an Asian small are two very different sizes.
Our team are fully aware of shirts & brands; therefore, you may receive a shirt that is a size or two up than what you ordered – Please note, if this is the case we will ensure that this is noted within your mystery box and if you aren’t satisfied with the sizing provided, please email info@mysteryjersery.co.uk for further assistance.
Our subscription box is like any other subscription service, you pay a monthly fee of £29.99, which is £5.00 cheaper than ordering a shirt as and when required! We then send you out a new box every single month. You also have the added benefit to skip a month at any time, or cancel without any extra charges being incurred.
