ARE YOUR SHIRTS GENUINE?
Yes, our shirts are 100% genuine. We have a strong relationship with suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, and we also conduct our own thorough screening process on all of our shirts that we receive from any new connections, before issuing them to our customer base.
WILL I GET THE SAME SHIRT TWICE?
We have an extensive customer database in which we log each order received. Therefore, when our team are allocating to our customers, we are able to review previous orders to ensure duplications are not sent out. However, if this does happen for any reason, please email info@mysteryjerseyking.com and we will take care of it for you.
CAN I AVOID CERTAIN TEAMS AND LEAGUES?
Certainly, when placing an online order via our website, we have provided you with a teams, leagues and colours section for you to fill out. As a general rule of thumb, if you are based within the UK, we will automatically choose a shirt for you that is not from the UK, unless you specifically request this.
My ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
We aim to deliver your order in 3-5 business days within the UK. For international orders, we aim to deliver your order within 4 – 15 working days.
Our choice of courier is Royal Mail. Once the order has been processed by our team, we will email you with the tracking number, which will have an estimated delivery date.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on your location. For EU customers, we use IOSS, which means you pay any customs charges on our website so your parcel goes straight through customs without delays. Please note, if your order is over €150, your country may charge import duty when it arrives.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE INTERNATIONAL SIZING?
Football shirts fit differently depending on the country and brand. A UK small can be very different from an Asian small. If needed, we may send a shirt one or two sizes up to give you the best fit. We’ll always include a note in your box if we do this. If the size isn’t right, email us at info@mysteryjerseyking.com and we’ll help you with an exchange.
WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION?
Our subscription box is similar to other subscription services; you pay a monthly fee, which is more cost-effective than ordering a shirt as needed. We then send you out a new box every single month. You also have the added benefit of skipping a month at any time, or cancel without any extra charges being incurred.

WHO IS MYSTERY JERSEY KING?
Mystery Jersey King didn’t start in a boardroom or a marketing meeting, it started on furlough, during lockdown, when football felt further away than ever. Like every other fan stuck at home, we missed the game, the shirts, the colours, the buzz. So we set ourselves a challenge:
Who could find the most random football shirt in the world?
It quickly became an obsession.
Each shirt that arrived was a surprise, a story, and a laugh. We showed friends and family… and suddenly they wanted in. Word spread fast. What started as a fun challenge between mates turned into something much bigger, and in February 2021, Mystery Jersey King was born.
