As you can imagine there are a number of questions that are often asked by our customers about our Mystery Football Shirts and so we thought it would be useful to bring you a FAQ detailing the most popular.
ARE OUR SHIRTS GENUINE?
Yes. Our shirts are 100% genuine, we have a strong relationship with suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, we also conduct our own thorough screening process on all of our shirts which we receive with any new connections, before issuing out to our customer base.
WILL I GET THE SAME SHIRT TWICE?
We have an extensive customer database in which we log each order received. Therefore when our team are allocating to our customers we are able to review previous orders to ensure duplications are not sent out. However, if for any reason this does happen, please email info@mysteryjerseyking.com and we will take care of this for you.
CAN I AVOID CERTAIN TEAMS AND LEAGUES?
Certainly, when placing an online order via our website we have provided you with a teams, leagues and colors section for you to fill out. As a general rule of thumb if you are based within the UK, we will automatically choose a shirt for you that is not from the UK, unless you specifically request this.
MY ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days (UK Based)
We aim to deliver your order within 4 – 15 working days (Worldwide)
Our choice of courier is Royal Mail, once the order has been processed by our team we will email you with the tracking number which will have an estimated delivery date.
YES – WE SHIP TO OVER 150 COUNTRIES.
As worldwide shipping costs can vary, dependent on your location, for EU customers we use IOSS which means you will pay custom duty via the website which will enable your parcel to go straight through customs and to your door. Please be aware if you’re in the EU and your order is over 150 euro you will be required to pay import duty at your countries border.
HOW DO WE DEAL WITH SIZING?
Our shirts come from all over the world and for example a UK small and an Asian small are two very different sizes.
Our team are fully aware of shirts & brands; therefore, you may receive a shirt that is a size or two up than what you ordered – Please note, if this is the case we will ensure that this is noted within your mystery box and if you aren’t satisfied with the sizing provided, please email info@mysteryjerseyking.com for further assistance.
WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION?
Our subscription box is like any other subscription service, you pay a monthly fee which is cheaper than ordering a shirt as and when required! We then send you out a new box every single month. You also have the added benefit to skip a month at any time, or cancel without any extra charges being incurred.
